Workforce Center Candidate Onboarding

Hiring compliance kept in-house on the Microsoft stack, instead of a third-party platform.

The problem

Our client works on the Microsoft stack and wanted sensitive candidate data to stay in house rather than sitting with third-party hiring platforms and their vague data-management policies.

What we built

The hiring manager defines onboarding rules based on job duties, and the system then guides hiring and safety managers through the specific checkpoints that prove a candidate meets those guidelines, background checks, drug screens, and role-specific authorizations, with blocking items surfaced before a candidate can advance. Because it is a Dataverse-based solution, the client's other tools stay fully in sync.
