Dataverse-native document management with automatic archiving, so storage costs stay predictable.
The problem
Out-of-the-box file management in Dynamics 365 is cumbersome and limited. Teams avoid it, documents scatter across systems, and the storage that does get used bills at Dataverse rates.
What we built
We built a Dataverse-native storage module with a far cleaner interface, drag and drop, document purpose, and a link back to the related contact, opportunity, submission, quote, or policy. An auto-archiving function then moves documents to Azure Blob Storage or SharePoint based on the agency's settings, keeping the experience friendly while avoiding large storage fees from Microsoft.
