Rates · Support, development & onboarding

Simple hourly rates. No surprise invoices.

◆ Scoped & estimated first  ·  you approve the number before we start

Two clear rates cover the work outside our fixed-fee packages: expert development and support, and guided onboarding for teams that want to drive with an expert on call. Both are quoted against a defined scope, so you always know what you’re paying for.

The rates

Two ways to buy our time

Buy hours in bundles and spend them on exactly what moves your business. Which rate applies comes down to one thing: are we building it, or guiding you while you build it?

What to expect

How working in hours actually goes

No open-ended meters and no surprise invoices. Here’s how an hourly engagement runs, whichever rate you’re on.

01

Scope & estimate

We agree what you need and give you an estimate in hours before any work starts. You approve the number.

Covers the plan
02

Buy a bundle

Purchase hours in a 10, 25, or 50-hour bundle (support & dev), or book onboarding sessions as you need them.

Covers the commitment
03

We do the work

We build, configure, or coach against the scope, and flag it early if something grows so there’s never a surprise.

Covers the delivery
04

You see the hours

Time is tracked against your scope and reported plainly. Unused bundle hours stay yours to spend on what’s next.

Covers transparency
05

You own it

Your tenant, your data, your code, everything we build is documented and handed over. No lock-in.

Covers ownership
06

Grow from here

Most clients start with a package or onboarding, then move into hours as new needs surface. The on-ramp is easy.

Covers what’s next

Onboarding vs build

If we’re guiding and you’re driving, it’s the $85 onboarding rate. If we’re building custom work or code, it’s the $120 rate. We’ll tell you which applies up front.

Licensing is separate

These rates cover our work. Your Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform licenses are billed by Microsoft, we’ll recommend the right ones.

Not sure yet?

Not every problem needs paid hours. Sometimes a fixed-fee package or a simpler fix is the better call, and we’ll say so.

Start with a package

Hours are the on-ramp, not the only way in

Most engagements start with a productized, fixed-fee package to get live fast, then move into hours for everything custom. If you’re not sure where to begin, start here.

Tell us what you need and we’ll estimate the hours

A short call to scope the work, whether it’s a custom build, ongoing support, or a guided onboarding. You’ll leave with a clear estimate, not a surprise.
