Nathan Betters

Nathan Betters is the founder of Betters Agency.

His path into technology started in insurance. Early in his career he built a small family insurance agency, and running it he saw how fragmented systems and fierce competition put independent operators at a disadvantage. Solving that problem is what drew him into technology.

From there he went on to manage an Automation Center of Excellence for a multinational corporation, where he implemented business process automations supporting over $4B in revenue. He has also worked in retail management, construction, and lighting, all process-driven businesses that shaped how he thinks about the work.

Today he sits with leadership teams to figure out what the business actually needs before anyone talks about software. Process first, then the tools to run it.

Nathan also serves on the Board of Directors of Minnesota Tech For Success, on the Training committee, where he helps the organization plan for the community’s current education needs and open access to valuable career resources and training for underserved individuals.

Outside of work, Nathan is a private pilot, IFR rated, and a volunteer rescue pilot with Pilots N Paws.
