Betters Agency Dataverse Connection is an application that, with your permission, requests read-only access to your Google Search Console data and imports it into Microsoft Dataverse — the data platform behind Dynamics 365 — to power the D365 Content Control Center, our solution for managing and improving website content.
Why it requests access to your Google data
Its purpose: bring your Search Console data into Dynamics 365
When you connect your account, Betters Agency Dataverse Connection requests read-only access to your Google Search Console data. It uses that access for a single purpose: to import your website’s search performance and index-coverage metrics into your own Microsoft Dataverse environment, where the D365 Content Control Center presents them inside Dynamics 365. The application does not request, read, or use any other data from your Google account.
It is a private business integration operated by Betters Agency for the clients who have adopted the D365 Content Control Center — not a public consumer app. The three steps below show exactly how your data moves.

Google Search Console
With your permission, the application reads your site’s Google Search Console data — search performance (queries, clicks, impressions, average position) and page indexing and coverage information for domains you own.

Microsoft Dataverse
That data is written into your own Microsoft Dataverse environment over a secure, authenticated connection, so it lives alongside the rest of your Dynamics 365 data.

D365 Content Control Center
The D365 Content Control Center — our custom Dynamics 365 solution — uses that Search Console data to show how your content performs, flag pages that need attention, and guide content decisions from inside D365.
Data & privacy
What the application accesses, and how that data is used

Read-only access. The application only reads your Google Search Console data — it never creates, edits, or deletes anything in your Google account.

Used only for the Content Control Center. The data powers content performance and coverage reporting inside your Dynamics 365 environment, and nothing else.

Never sold or shared. Your data is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties, and is never used for advertising.

Revocable anytime. You can withdraw the application’s access at any time from your Google Account permissions, which immediately stops any further data access.
The application requests the minimum access it needs — read-only Google Search Console data — and nothing more. Betters Agency’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
